Grilled Vegetable Platter with Yogurt Mint Sauce

• 1 zucchini, sliced into stripes
• 1 yellow squash, same deal
• 1 red onion, thick and sassy rings
• 1 red bell pepper, chunked up
• 1 yellow bell pepper, also chunked
• 1 bunch of asparagus—snapped and ready!
• 2 tbsp olive oil (get that shine!)
• Salt & pepper love
Saucy Goodness:
• 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (creamy base!)
• 1 garlic clove (zippy!)
• 2 tbsp mint, chopped like confetti
• 1 tbsp lemon juice (zing!)
• Salt & pepper to taste
